Great detail goes into this bag of coffee. 24-36 hrs in fermentation tanks, it’s fully washed, and dried on concrete patios for 3-5 days.
There are notes of red currant, grapefruit, and it has a vigorous body. There are also flavors of toffee, lemon, and peach which thoroughly balanced coffee cooling sweet like maple syrup.
